- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination and are separate from processing times.
- Beyond The Strands Hair Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. To be eligible for consideration in the rare event of a shipping error, products must remain:
- Unopened
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- In their original packaging
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
